Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hrs on order confirmation. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 75 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 799/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.
The shipping charge for your order will only be visible on the checkout page after you've entered your complete address details, including the pincode. This ensures that you receive an accurate shipping cost based on your specific delivery location. Once you've provided your full address information, the system will automatically calculate and display the applicable shipping fee, adding it to your order total. This approach allows you to review the precise shipping costs before finalizing your purchase, giving you a clear understanding of the total amount you'll need to pay for your order.
In the event of a return or cancellation after your order has been packed, please note that the shipping charges you paid are non-refundable. These charges cover the costs associated with processing and preparing your order for shipment, which are incurred regardless of whether the package is ultimately delivered or returned. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide efficient shipping services while maintaining fair pricing for all customers.
The shipping charges can be modified by Kinclub at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Every once in a while, Kinclub brings out various offers, it could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
Convenience Charges: Kinclub can levy convenience charges on specific orders basis the products, pincode or the size of the shipment.
Platform and Convenience Fee: Kinclub reserves the right to levy a Platform and Convenience charge on orders. Platform & Convenience fee is applied to help us continuously maintain and improve the hassle-free shopping and smooth fulfillment experience.
This charge is not related to the shipping charges and can be applied to the order irrespective of the shipping cost (refer ‘Shipping Charges’ section above for more details on shipping cost).

- Only convenience charge applied or
- Both shipping charge and convenience charge applied.
Convenience charges, if applied, will be shown in the ‘Shipping Cost’ field in the cart/checkout sections. Users can see the details on the type of charge applied by clicking on the tooltip which is available on cart/checkout with the ‘shipping Cost’ field in the payment summary section.
These convenience charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
Kinclub reserves the right to modify the logic of applying convenience charges on orders at any point without prior intimation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilogram or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.
The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. After your order has been shipped, we'll send a message to your provided contact number containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor the shipment status of your order in real-time. You'll be able to easily keep track of your package's journey and stay informed about its expected delivery date.
Kinclub ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Kinclub is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Kinclub continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Kinclub reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your original payment method.
Address Change: We can accommodate changes to your delivery address under specific conditions. This option is available only if your order is in "Confirmed" or "Pending" status, and none of the items in your order have been shipped yet. However, please be aware that if changing the delivery address results in differences in charges or taxes compared to the original address, we may not be able to accept the address update request. This policy ensures fairness in pricing and tax collection across different delivery locations.
Hidden Charges: You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.
Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered mobile number. In case you do not receive a message from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
